My life is filled with artistic interests, ranging from drawing to design to photography. I enjoy the creative process and working with you to deliver what you want...when you want it. There will be no “bait and switch.” If you hire me, I am the one taking the photographs. All images are copyright released so you own your pictures. Discs will be provided with all pictures in both black & white and color.

My style tends to be photo-journalistic and I try my best to capture all the special moments of the day...simply. I offer direction and suggestions, but I shy away from the cliche. I pride myself on being original so if you want something different, I am the photographer for you.

...and of course, I am ALWAYS open to your ideas and suggestions.

One of the really fun aspects of what I do is when a couple decides to bring me with on their destination wedding to share and capture their special day. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to Aruba, New York, California, Montana, South Dakota, Minnesota and (of course) all over my home state of North Dakota. I love to travel and it is a great way to bring two of my favorite things together in a meaningful way.

Senior pictures are always a lot of fun. Capturing each, individual personality at such an important, life-changing time of a teenager’s life is something I take pride in and I’m always open to trying new things to make the experience fun. Bringing friends and changing locations are just a few of the many ways to make sure everyone sees the best version of you.

For family photography, children’s personalities shine more when they are more comfortable...so we take pictures at your house, a favorite park...whatever you would like to do! It is the easiest way to get the best, natural and fun pictures.
